The Kwantum
Method

Our method is based on the popular Six Sigma management system developed by Motorola in the US in 1987 and later perfected by General Electric. The DMAIC methodology – the core tool in Six Sigma projects – focuses on describing, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling business processes using statistical tools. Kwantum has adapted this model and will align it specifically with your company’s needs. The targets are based on key financial and ecological indicators and customer requirements.
